MoH Perrmanent Secretary, Prof. Oatlhokwa Nkomazana met Nyangabgwe Hospital leadership yesterday ,the engagement concluded with a tour to appreciate operations and also meet and greet staff.
She commended staff for commitment in delivering quality health services despite challenges facing the health system. She assured staff that the Ministry is putting a lot of effort to address staff shortage as it is one of the main challenges affecting service delivery citing that through bilateral relations we receive medical officers from strategic partners like Cuba and China.She shared her priority areas aimed at improving health services and urged Management to cascade to other members of staff and align strategic framework to achieve the vision.
She also encouraged staff to display professionalism always when delivering services as it can help improve customer satisfaction.
